TRANSFERS

It normally refers to the collection of the body at the place of death:

  • House or hospital, for example, and its subsequent transfer to a funeral home or a crematorium in the city of residence.
FUNERAL SERVICE IN THE CITY OF RESIDENCE

It considers traditional funeral services adjusted to the regulations of each country

  • Orientation in procedures before competent authorities, according to the country.
  • Thanatopraxia (aesthetic preparation of the body)
  • Embalmment
  • Wooden or metallic coffin (standard according to the country)
  • Wake room
  • Hearse
  • Basic cafeteria service (depending on the country)
  • Religious service independent of faith (depending on availability)
  • Book for signatures (according to availability)
  • Transfer to the Crematorium or Cemetery
CREMATION AT THE CITY OF DEATH OR RESIDENCE

Includes full cremation service

  • Transfer to the crematorium
  • Cremation service
  • Basic urn for ashes
FUNERAL REPATRIATION

In the country of death:

  • Legal procedures before competent authorities
  • Preparation of the body or embalming
  • Thanatopraxy or aesthetic arrangement
  • Special coffin for repatriation
  • Air transport of the body from the country of death to the country of residence

In the Country of residence (in the city of the port of entry(*):

  • Reception of the body or ashes (funeral carriage)
  • Transfer to the wake room
  • Transfer to the cemetery
  • Wake room (up to 4 hours)

(*) Transfers to a city other than the port of entry may have additional charges.

Emotional Assistance and Grief Therapy

  • In corporate programs, up to 3 free sessions are carried out by expert professionals specialized in grief management and emotional support.
  • In immediate care programs, up to 1 free session, with availability to continue with sessions at affordable cost for the bereaved family.
